This policy covers the private applications available at
poseidon4o.com (the “Service”), operated by a private
individual for personal and family use. The Service is not a commercial product,
has no public sign-up, and is not offered to the general public.
Access is limited to the operator and a small number of invited family members. There is no self-registration.
When you sign in with Google, the Service may request access to the following, strictly on behalf of the signed-in account and only for the features you use:
Google user data is used solely to provide the features you invoke — nothing else. It is never used for advertising, profiling, marketing, credit assessment, or training machine-learning or AI models.
The Service’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
All data is processed and stored on infrastructure controlled solely by the operator. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and traffic is served over HTTPS. No Google user data is passed to any third-party service.
Google user data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party. It is not transferred to anyone other than the account holder it belongs to, except where required by law.
Data is retained only while a feature needs it. You may revoke the Service’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops all further access. To request deletion of any data the Service still holds, contact us at the address below and it will be removed.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
